GENERAL
We rent professional DJ equipment (Pioneer CDJs, mixers, controllers), pro audio systems (speakers, subwoofers, line arrays), stage lighting (moving heads, lasers, PARs), video gear (LED walls, projectors), microphones, studio equipment, and special effects. If it makes sound or light, we probably have it.
Our main warehouse and showroom is in Sydney, New South Wales. We serve the greater Sydney area with delivery, and ship nationwide for touring and larger productions.
Yes, we offer delivery within Sydney and surrounding areas. For nationwide rentals, we can arrange freight shipping or work with local partners in your city. Delivery fees vary based on distance and gear volume.
Absolutely. While rentals are our main business, we also sell new and certified pre-owned gear. Ask us about package deals when buying multiple items.
RENTALS
For standard DJ setups, 1-2 weeks is usually fine. For large PA systems, festival rigs, or peak dates (New Year's, Halloween, Pride weekend), book 1-2 months ahead to guarantee availability.
Our minimum rental is 24 hours (1 day). Weekend specials are available — rent Friday pickup, return Monday for a single weekend rate. Multi-day and weekly discounts apply automatically.
Setup and breakdown are included with our Club Standard and Festival Ready packages. For basic rentals, setup is available as an add-on service. Our technicians are experienced and fast — they will have you ready to go in no time.
All our gear is tested before it goes out. If a technical issue occurs during your rental, call our 24/7 support line. We keep backup units on standby for major rentals and will swap out faulty gear immediately when possible.

We stock industry-leading brands including Pioneer DJ, Denon DJ, d&b audiotechnik, L-Acoustics, Meyer Sound, QSC, Chauvet Professional, Martin Lighting, ADJ, Shure, Sennheiser, Audio-Technica, Universal Audio, Adam Audio, and more.
Every piece of equipment is thoroughly cleaned, inspected, and tested after every return. Controllers are wiped down, faders are checked, speakers are sound-tested, and lighting fixtures are run through a full DMX check.
Yes, for all Club Standard and Festival Ready packages, we include backup units for critical components. For custom builds, let us know your redundancy needs and we will quote accordingly.
Yes, we rent individual cables, adapters, stands, trussing, and accessories. However, most clients find our package deals more cost-effective since accessories are bundled at a discount.
PAYMENTS
We require a 50% deposit to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due at pickup or before delivery. For high-value rentals, a refundable security deposit (held on credit card) may also be required.
We accept all major credit cards, bank transfers, and checks. For returning clients with established rental history, we offer net-15 invoicing terms.
Cancellations 14+ days before the rental date receive a full deposit refund. Cancellations 7-13 days before receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 7 days forfeit the deposit but can be applied to a future rental within 6 months.
No hidden fees. Your quote includes the gear rental, any selected add-ons (delivery, setup, etc.), and applicable taxes. We will always confirm the total before you commit.
