We hire professional lighting equipment including moving heads (Chauvet, Martin, ADJ), LED wash and beam fixtures, architectural lighting, LED video walls, laser systems, atmospheric effects (haze, fog, CO2), DMX control systems (GrandMA3, ChamSys), trussing and rigging, and power distribution. If it lights up a space, we likely have it.

Our main warehouse and showroom is in Brunswick East, Melbourne. We serve the greater Melbourne area with delivery, and cover regional Victoria for larger productions and installations.

Yes, we offer delivery throughout Melbourne and surrounding suburbs. For regional Victoria, we can arrange freight transport or work with local partners. Delivery fees vary based on distance and equipment volume.

Absolutely. While hire is our main business, we also sell new and certified pre-owned lighting fixtures. Ask us about package deals when buying multiple units.

For standard uplighting or small rigs, 1-2 weeks is usually fine. For large production packages, festival rigs, or peak dates (New Year's, Melbourne Cup, Grand Prix), book 1-2 months ahead to guarantee availability.

Our minimum hire is 24 hours (1 day). Weekend specials are available — hire Friday pickup, return Monday for a single weekend rate. Multi-day and weekly discounts apply automatically.

Setup and breakdown are included with our Club Package and Production Package. For basic hires, setup is available as an add-on service. Our technicians are experienced and fast with rigging and cabling — they will have your space looking amazing in no time.

All our lighting fixtures are tested and programmed before they go out. If a technical issue occurs during your hire, call our 24/7 support line. We keep backup fixtures on standby for major hires and will swap out faulty equipment immediately when possible.

We stock industry-leading lighting brands including Chauvet Professional, Martin by Harman, ADJ (American DJ), Robe, Elation, Claypaky, SGM, Astera, KVANT, and more. Our control desks include GrandMA3, ChamSys, and Avolites.

Every fixture is thoroughly cleaned, inspected, and tested after every return. Lenses are polished, moving heads are calibrated, DMX addressing is verified, and all cables are tested. LEDs and gobos are checked for consistent output.

Absolutely. We have certified GrandMA3 and ChamSys programmers on staff. We can pre-program scenes for your event, provide timecoded light shows, or supply a lighting operator to run the show live. Custom programming is quoted based on complexity.

Yes, we design and install permanent lighting solutions for clubs, bars, restaurants, and event spaces. This includes architectural LED fixtures, DMX control integration, and custom scene presets for staff operation via tablet or wall panel.

We require a 50% deposit to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due at pickup or before delivery. For high-value hires, a refundable security deposit (held on credit card) may also be required.

We accept all major credit cards, bank transfers, and company cheques. For returning clients with established hire history, we offer net-15 invoicing terms.

Cancellations 14+ days before the hire date receive a full deposit refund. Cancellations 7-13 days before receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 7 days forfeit the deposit but can be applied to a future hire within 6 months.

No hidden fees. Your quote includes the fixture hire, any selected add-ons (delivery, setup, programming, etc.), and applicable GST. We will always confirm the total before you commit.
